Matthew T Grant I love this album because I love Saccharine Trust. In fact, I have loved this group for close to 40 years. I was unaware of this albums existence and am so glad I picked it up. It is solid as a rock.
Porkandham

Porkandham The final album (so far) from Saccharine Trust features their longest running lineup, and is by far a definitive statement of what this band is. Elements from all their previous releases are seen, with the punk dissonance of Paganicons, the biblical insanity of Surviving You Always, the dark poetry of Worldbroken and the jazzpunk fusion of We Became Snakes. The Great One Is Dead takes all of these and improves upon them, many of these psychedelic jazzpunk tracks serving as essential ST content. Favorite track: The Sadness of Apollo.

Carmabum This album takes no prisoners. A classic from Saccharine Trust and a must for any and every ST fan!

Wade T This is the best Saccharine Trust album, better than PaganIcons, better than Worldbroken, better than Past Lives, better than We Became Snakes, better than any compilations they showed up on, better than their live show recording in North Carolina. Saccharine Trust are a unique proposition though, and probably should be listened to chronologically. Or maybe backwards? Saccharine Trust got their name from a Bowie lyric, though you wouldn't know it... Favorite track: Reggie's Plateau.

Andy Shelton The lyrics by Jack Brewer are amazing and the playing by Baiza and the others in the band is a great combination of psychedelic music, funk groove and memorable jazz meets punk tunes. Hope that makes sense. Favorite track: Neruda's Wave.
