Porkandham This collection of apartment recordings with a duo that would eventually mutate into Saccharine Trust (through extensive personnel changes) is a great document of Jack Brewer's early career. It's too bad there's not more of Marshall Mellow out there, but the fact that some of these songs were revived for the Exxtras, and two eventually featured on Sacc Trust albums, makes this a pretty damn cool demo tape. If there's ever another ST album, maybe they'll get Joe Baiza to do some weird folk songs. Favorite track: Now That You're Dead.
